Questions
- What is an SMS segment?
- Carriers bill text messages in segments of up to 160 plain characters (or 70 when a message has emoji or special characters). A longer text is split into several segments, and each one counts toward your allowance. Most reminders fit in one or two.
- What happens when my messaging allowance runs out?
- We let you know at 80%, 95% and 100%. Once it is used up, further texts wait until your allowance renews at the start of the next billing period. Extra messaging credits are coming soon and will never be charged without your approval.
- What happens after the free trial?
- Choose a plan to keep going. If you don't, your account becomes read-only for 30 days: you can still see and export everything, and your data is kept. Nothing is charged automatically, because no card is needed for the trial.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Plans are monthly with no contract. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for, then becomes read-only so you can export your data.
- Do you charge tax?
- Prices do not include tax. Canadian salons pay GST/HST on top of the listed price; US sales tax is added where it applies.
- Is my data safe?
- Each salon's data is kept separate from every other salon, access is limited by staff role, and everything is backed up regularly. Your data is yours, and you can export it at any time.
- Do you integrate with QuickBooks?
- A QuickBooks Online integration is coming soon on the Pro plan and up. Until then you can export your reports.
- Do you support daycare?
- Yes. Daycare management (reservations, live attendance, rooms and capacity, packages and passes, care logs and report cards) is included in Studio and Enterprise, and available as an add-on with Pro.
- I have several locations. Which plan is right?
